One of my most requested treats! Super easy to make, a few ingredients and no need to bake.

Ingredients

1 package Oreos

1 block cream cheese (8 oz.) room temperature

1 package white chocolate Almond Bark

Instructions

  1. Take one package of regular Oreos and put all of the cookies into a food processor. Pulse until the Oreos are a fine crumb.
  2. Prepare a cookie sheet with a Silpat or parchment paper. Foil does not work as well for this, the dough tends to stick to the foil.
  3. Set aside 1/3 cup of the Oreo crumbs in a small bowl. These will be used to top the truffles as decoration.
  4. Put the rest of the crumbs into a mixer. Add the block of room temp cream cheese to the mixer. Mix well for about 2 minutes.
  5. Using your hands, take about a tablespoon of the Oreo mixture and roll into a ball. Place on the cookie sheet and repeat until the mixture is all gone and you have a nice little cookie sheet full of truffle goodness.
  6. Here is the most important step: chill the truffles. At least for 30 minutes. This sets the mixture and makes it less sticky to handle and dip in the chocolate.
  7. After the chilling is done, break up the block of almond bark and put into a microwaveable dish. Heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each round.
  8. After the chocolate is melted, using a fork take each truffle and place into the melted chocolate and roll around until all covered. Take it out with the fork and tap the excess white chocolate off. Place back onto the cookie sheet.
  9. Grab the extra crumb mixture and after each truffle, sprinkle a pinch onto the top. Do this after each truffle or every few otherwise the white chocolate will set and the crumbs won’t stick.
  10. That’s it, that’s all. So easy! Try not to eat them all because they are that good.
