S’mores Bars

Incredibly easy recipe for S’mores Bars with no campfire included. Graham Cracker crust, melted and creamy chocolate layer and topped with toasted marshmallows. One of my absolute favorites!

Ingredients

2 sleeves graham crackers (about 2 cups)

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1 bag marshmallows (mini or regular will do)

Instructions

  1. Crush the graham crackers in a food processor or a good old ziploc and rolling pin. Add the melted butter and stir to combine.
  2. Prepare a 9×13 baking pan with non stick spray. Pour the graham cracker mixture into the baking pan and press into the bottom.
  3. Pour the condensed milk over the top of the graham crackers and spread out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chip mix over the top. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
  5. Pull out of the oven, then sprinkle the marshmallows over top. Put back in the oven under a low broil for about 1-2 minutes. Watch VERY closely because it will turn to scorched marshmallows in a nanosecond. And scorched = chewy bars. No bueno.
