Line crackers out onto parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread half of the crackers with peanut butter. Spread remaining crackers with marshmallow fluff. Place the two cracker sides together to form a sandwich.
Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between until smooth. Dip cracker sandwiches in melted chocolate candy coating, drip off any excess. Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set. Store in an airtight container.
