Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods
Just so festive for Valentine’s, super yummy and very easy to make. Basically a triple threat treat. Happy Valentine’s Day! Classic treat with a fun impact, add these to your baking list!
Ingredients
1 bag of pretzel rods
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips or almond bark
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips or almond bark
sprinkles, sugars or any other decorations you want
Instructions
- In a tall microwave safe dish, melt the chocolate in 30 second increments. Stirring after each time until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Lay out parchment paper. Then take a pretzel rod and dip into the melted chocolate covering half the rod. Use a spoon or spatula to help cover the pretzel with chocolate.
- Remove pretzel and let cool for 30 seconds to a minute then sprinkle with decorations. Place on parchment to set.
- Repeat with second set of chocolate.
- Let pretzels set for 15-30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
