No Churn Black Cherry Ice Cream

Ingredients

12 oz canned or frozen cherries, thawed

14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

5 tablespoons cherry juice taken from the cherries

1¼ cups heavy whipping cream

6 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. If using frozen cherries, place the cherries in a bowl and allow to thaw. If using canned cherries, skip to step 2.
  2. Once thawed, drain the cherries and reserve the juice. If canned, strain the juice from the cherries and set aside.
  3. Using a mixer or blender, mix the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Stir in powdered sugar until combined.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cherries and 5 Tablespoons cherry juice and the condensed milk.
  5. Once fully mixed, place in a container and freeze for at least 3 hours.
