Poke the paper straw into the large marshmallows. Pour out pop rocks onto a plate.
With a paintbrush, paint a thin layer of corn syrup on the outside of the marshmallow.
Roll marshmallows through the pop rocks to coat. Place on parchment or into a cup to dry. Enjoy!
