File this under “weeknight dinners that are ridiculously easy but look very fancy.” You guys!! This is so easy!! Sorry, I’m yelling. Dave will eat chicken, but it wouldn’t be his very first choice. Give the man a steak. But we can’t have steak every day, we just can’t Dave. But Dave said the words “this is really good.” Which is big because he never says that about chicken.
I made my own balsamic glaze (which is really, really easy as well) but you can always buy your own balsamic glaze. I also added some pasta on the side, but you add whatever floats your boat. You really can’t go wrong. I also bought a new basil plant since I murdered my first one. I also grew Basil all summer….and then killed that too. Leah’s okay though, I promise.
Try this out if you are always looking for something new to do with chicken. (always). Let me know if you make this one! Follow me over on Facebook and Instagram @lolosdesserts. Be sure to snap a pic if you make a Lolo’s recipe and tag it with #lolosdesserts. I love to see what you are making!
