Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

brownie chunks

spoonfuls of hot fudge (room temp)

Instructions

1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in a bowl of a stand mixer, add the 2 cups of heavy cream and mix on medium high speed until thick and stiff peaks form. (about 3-4 minutes)

2. In a separate medium bowl, add the can of sweetened condensed milk and the 1/2 cup cocoa powder and stir to combine.

3. Add the chocolate condensed milk to the heavy cream and fold together until combined and smooth. Next add  brownie chunks (as many as you’d like) and mix together.

4. Pour the ice cream mixture into a freezer safe container like a 9×5 loaf pan or an ice cream container. Spoon several dollops of room temperature hot fudge on the top and then use a knife to swirl the fudge throughout.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for about 6 hours or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
