In a medium bowl, add the boxed brownie mix, vegetable oil, watyer and eggs according to directions

Mix all the ingredients together until combined well

Pour brownie mix into a prepped baking dish. Bake according to box directions.

Remove from oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows all over the top of the brownies. Place back in the oven for 3 minutes or until soft and puffy.

Make frosting with butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, salt and milk. Mix until smooth.
