I am not sure how I didn’t share this fudge recipe last year…oh wait, that’s right, I had just given birth to a tiny human who wanted all of my time, plus I was horribly sleep deprived and was in no shape to be posting things on the Internet. But this year, I’m all about the holiday baking!!

It’s my absolute favorite time of year. I love everything about it, the smells, the decorating, the traditions, all of it. I am beyond excited to start new traditions with our tiny one and a lot of our family traditions center around baking. Also, Christmas Vacation and acrylic moose mugs, but I don’t think she will fully appreciate that for awhile. So over the next few weeks, I want to share with you our family’s favorite Christmas treats.

I have to start out with fudge. Simple and so good. Always up for debate: nuts or no nuts. I’m in the nuts category. I’ve been told I’m nuts before, so no surprise there.  (ba dum dum) I love to cut these up in squares, throw them in a pretty box with a pretty bow and give as gifts or bring to a party. Come on, everyone loves fudge.
