These took me totally by surprise. Nice little s’more bars came outta nowhere to be my new obsession. Like, made two batches in one week, kind of obsessed. The best part is they have 5 ingredients (6 if you count two different kinds of chocolate chips) and are the easiest thing I’ve made in a very long time.
I literally looked in my pantry and said “what do I have that I need to get rid of?” The giant Costco box of graham crackers that I was sure we needed and almost stale mini marshmallows for the win. Of course S’mores were the obvious choice.
Leah helped me again in the kitchen, she’s become quite the little baking helper. However, I think I traumatized her with the food processor. Scared the bejesus out of her. #momfail But she has recovered and is a tiny fan of these bars too.
Pin this, print it, save it, whatever you gotta do, keep it around and make these soon. You will not be disappointed at all. And when you do make them, please let me know what you think and if you are obsessed as much as I am.

Incredibly easy recipe for S’mores Bars with no campfire included. Graham Cracker crust, melted and creamy chocolate layer and topped with toasted marshmallows. One of my absolute favorites!
2 sleeves graham crackers (about 2 cups)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 bag marshmallows (mini or regular will do)
Watch VERY closely because it will turn to scorched marshmallows in a nanosecond. And scorched = chewy bars. No bueno.

Does this recipe call for ‘sweetened" condensed milk?
Yes, this uses sweetened condensed milk. I’ll change it now so it’s more clear. Hope you like these!
Do you eat them warm or cool first then cut ?
I would let them cool for at least 30 minutes before eating. They are great just a little bit warm and also great at room temp.
How long & how would you store these?
I would cover these with plastic wrap or foil and they will keep for about a week.
