No Churn Cookies and Cream Ice Cream
No ice cream maker needed for this classic ice cream flavor of Cookies and Cream. Chunks of Oreo Cookies mixed in a creamy No Churn Ice Cream. Perfect for an easy sweet treat.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 ounce can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
10 Oreos, Crushed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla and crushed cookies. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, use a mixer or hand mixer to whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. About 3 minutes.
- Fold about half of the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture with a spatula just to start to incorporate everything, then fold in the remaining whipped cream.
- Place the mix into an airtight container and freeze for about 3 hours or overnight, then enjoy!
