It’s still 90 degrees here so I’m not slowing my roll on ice cream just yet. I always get asked if I make my ice cream in an ice cream maker. My answer is yes. However, I know not everyone has as many kitchen gadgets as I do. So I wanted to find an ice cream I could make without an ice cream maker but also be delicious. Totally found it, you’re welcome.

I decided to make my second favorite flavor of ice cream which is cookies and cream. (favorite is mint chocolate chip. always and forever) I always have Oreos in my house, so this worked out nicely.

It’s almost scary how easy this no churn ice cream is. It’s actually more difficult for me to get the stool out, grab the ice cream maker off the top shelf, go to the garage fridge to grab the frozen bowl thing that goes with it and then mix my ingredients. So I’m feeling the no churn life right now.

The flavor to this ice cream is super rich and the texture is thick and creamy. Much more than I was expecting a no churn ice cream to be. Totally worth the try.
