Don’t let the green color and spinach deter you. This little green smoothie tastes likes a tropical dream. When I was pregnant with Leah, I craved fruit. But not just any fruit, tropical fruit. Specifically a pina colada, but that obviously wasn’t happening so I had a lot of tropical popsicles and smoothies. So during those 9 months, I perfected this smoothie.

I love the tropical fruits, but really you could use any kind of fruit. Best part is the hidden spinach which gives it the green color, but none of the spinach taste. Perfecto. Also, you can add protein powder, collagen, whatever you are into. I love this, Dave loves this, Leah loves this. I see no downside to this tropical goodness.
