Beef and Broccoli

Easy dinner alert! Do not pass this one by! It’s easy and delicious, dare I say better than takeout? Husband and toddler approved too (and mama loved it), what more can you ask for? I love chinese takeout but we live outside of a delivery zone and I always crave it after I am home and don’t want to leave my house again. (also known as being old and/or lazy) So this totally hits the spot.

We had all these ingredients in our fridge, just had to buy the steak and broccoli. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, cook up the steak, add sauce and broccoli. Hang out and wait until it thickens. Serve over rice or noodles. Easy!

Beef and Broccoli

All the great flavor of takeout but healthier, quick and simple to make! Love this dish for an easy weeknight meal. Thick and creamy sauce mixed with the beef and crunchy broccoli. This one is a winner in our house!
