Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 cups heavy cream

2 cups half and half

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 Tablespoon Rodelle Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream and the half and half. Add sugar and then whisk until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add Rodelle Vanilla and whisk again. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a couple hours or up to 3 days.
  3. Whisk the mixture again and pour into the frozen ice cream canister. Mix until desired consistency and then pour into a container and freeze.
