This, my friends, is a dessert. Whoa. Super rich, lots of textures and layers and every bite is just perfect. It’s really so , so good! My friend Brooke sent this one to me to try from Confessions of a Confectionista and it was totally worth it. I love when people send me recipes to try!
It’s not difficult at all but it does take some time and patience. You have a cookie crumble crust then a cookie dough layer, then a pudding layer and then topped with homemade whipped cream and decorated with chocolate chip cookies and mini chocolate chips. Right?? Amazing!
This is one dessert to make if you want the oooohs and ahhhhs. Guaranteed.
