Ingredients

5 lbs Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes

1 1/2 sticks Hiland Salted Butter, plus a little more for topping before baking

1 block (8 ounces)  Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese

1/2 cup Hiland Dairy Half and Half

12 teaspoons Lawry seasoning salt

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into fourths. Place the potatoes in a large pot and fill with water to just cover them. Bring to a boil and cook for about 25 minutes or until tender with a fork.
  3. Drain water from the potatoes, dry off pot and then return potatoes to the pot. Turn the burner to low and mash the potatoes with a masher until smooth.
  4. Add the butter, cream cheese, half and half, Lawry’s and salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Taste test and add more salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Scoop the mashed into a large casserole dish. Place dollops of butter on top of the potatoes. Bake for about 10 minutes until butter is melted and potatoes are warm again.
  6. Serve warm!
