2 1/2 teaspoon active dry or instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk warmed, but not hot
2 Tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
Spinach Artichoke Dip
1/2 of a 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2/3 cup artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
4 oz (1/2 brick) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded plus more for topping
