Call me a weirdo, but I LOVE cauliflower. Not as much cauliflower rice, but good old roasted cauliflower is my favorite. When you roast it, it brings out all these natural salty and savory flavors that make my mouth so happy. Plus nothing beats the tiny little crusty pieces. The BEST!! Roasted cauliflower is incredibly easy. Oil, salt, pepper, bake. That is it. I don’t get fancy with this one.

Love just getting a head of cauliflower, usually not very expensive at all. I cut it up, do the seasoning and then roast it while making the rest of dinner. Leah has become a big fan too, almost more than broccoli. Which says a lot because the girl loves broccoli.

Try this out with your next dinner! It’s so easy, you won’t be disappointed! Follow me over @lolosdesserts on Instagram and Facebook. Also, snap a pic and post it with the tag #lolosdesserts. I love to see what you are making!!
