Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken

Array/5
COOK TIME

SERVINGS
4 chicken thighs

I LOVE an Instant Pot meal! It’s just so easy, one thing to clean up and takes so much less time. Which is extremely important when I have to figure something out for dinner (for the 7,423rd time). I just want easy and quick. This Instant Pot Honey Garlic Chicken is all of these things, PLUS it’s delicious!!

We had this for dinner over rice, then for lunch the next day as a sandwich. The sauce is so good, sweet and garlic in one bite. The chicken keeps super moist because it’s cooked in the Instant Pot. You can’t lose.

Put this on your list of easy dinners to make, it will for sure become one of your staple meals. If you make this, let me know then snap a pic and tag it with #lolohk. Also, be sure to follow me @lolohomekitchen on Instagram and Facebook.
