Leah asks for waffles and sausage every morning. Without fail. The girl loves waffles. I’ve been trying to change it up with some oatmeal, eggs, cereal, toast. Nothing. BUT…she devoured these pancake skewers. It was messy, but she LOVED them! I think the key for her was that she was able to help put them together. Nothing like stabbing a straw into a pancake to get a toddlers attention.
These are so easy, possibly more dessert than breakfast, but who cares, they are delicious!! I used frozen mini pancakes, Nutella, strawberry slices and paper straws. HUGE hit! Not only for Leah, but for mom and dad too.
These are a fun treat to switch up your breakfast routine or even a fun project for snack time. Grab your stuff and start putting these together, so easy and fun!

1. I used frozen pancakes, so I microwaved my pancakes until warm.
2. Assembly: First, spread nutella layer onto mini pancakes. Then stack nutella covered pancakes and strawberries on your straw.
