The search for a good side dish is always a challenge. Maybe a veggie, something creamy? A dip? Cheesy? But definitely has to be easy. And delicious, of course.

This Skillet Creamy Honey Corn is one I threw together on a whim and it worked out. Well. Really well. It’s like an elevated corn dish. A little sweet and a little creamy. This one has been a huge hit and the best part is it’s an easy recipe. Fast and no nonsense. You can even use frozen corn right out of the freezer.

If you like sweet corn in the summer (and I do because I’m a good Nebraskan) then this one is a definite one you need to try. Check out the recipe below and let me know what you think!
