Easy recipe for crispy banana chips made in the air fryer. Only a few ingredients for this healthy, sweet, and salty snack.
2 bananas
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher or flaky sea salt
1. Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Slice banana into thin, equal slices. About 1/4 inch. Place slices in a bowl.
3. Drizzle olive oil over banana slices and mix. Be sure to get all the slices coated in the olive oil.
4. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle the bananas with the salt.
5. Cook for 8-10 minutes and flip halfway through. Add time for crispier banana chips.
6. Remove, cool, and enjoy!
Store Banana Chips in an airtight container with a paper towel.
