Burger Salad Bowl

Quick, easy, prep ahead Burger Salad Bowl with all the best stuff of a classic burger. Topped with a drizzle, the best part. Or maybe the waffle fries are the best part.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

1/4 cup chopped onion (or 2 teaspoons onion powder)

Mixed Greens or lettuce of choice

1 cup tomatoes, chopped

1/2 red onion, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

Waffle Fries, sweet potato or regular (baked according to package)

Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup barbecue sauce

1 Tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

1. In a large skillet, add the ground beef, garlic and onion and brown on medium high heat until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, add the mayo, bbq sauce, mustard and apple cider vinegar. Whisk together until smooth.

3. Prep and chop all vegetables. Now to assemble the bowl, layer lettuce on the bottom then top with tomatoes, onions, avocados, ground beef and fries. Drizzle the sauce all over the top of the bowl. Mix together and enjoy!
