In a large cast iron or regular skillet, drizzle the oil and turn heat to medium high. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add the diced onion and garlic. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir together then saute for 5 minutes until mushrooms get soft. Add the flour to the beef mixture and stir together. Add the beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Stir together and turn heat to low. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until mixture gets thicker.
