Ingredients

2 cups Hiland Sour Cream (16oz container)

12 tablespoons ranch seasoning (to taste)

Pinch of Salt & pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup bacon pieces

2 tablespoons chopped chives

Instructions

 

  1. Combine 16oz sour cream and 2 Tablespoons ranch seasoning in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  2. Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon pieces, and chives.

  3. Chill if desired, then serve with waffle fries or potato chips.

Notes

– This dip tastes even better if you can chill it for about 30 minutes

– You can make this dip up to 24 hours ahead and keep in the fridge, the flavors get even better

– Use chives or green onions
