Ice Cream Bread

Ice Cream Bread is incredibly sweet and super soft. It’s so good and surprising. Choose your favorite flavor and make your own, only two ingredients!

1 1/2 cups Self Rising Flour

2 cups (1 pint) Hiland Dairy Ice Cream, any flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the self rising flour and Hiland Dairy Ice Cream together until you make a dough. It will be sticky.
  3. Transfer dough into the loaf pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 45 minutes. Check around 35 minutes for doneness. If you are using a smaller/thinner pan then decrease baking time and check for doneness as you bake.
  4. Remove from oven, cool slightly and enjoy!
