Just a nice little fruit dip. A little peanut butter, a little yogurt, a drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Literally comes together in less than a minute. You can dip any fruit, but we like plain old apples around here. Also, pretzels are yummy with this as well.

A simple, healthy and yummy treat for an afternoon snack. Creamy and smooth, a perfect addition to a crispy apple.
1 small container yogurt (5–6 ounce)
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon. Mix until well combined. Sprinkle a little more cinnamon over the top.
2. Dip away with apple slices or fruit of choice. Or try some pretzels too, yum.
