Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake

Real toasted marshmallow flavor throughout a creamy, rich milkshake. Easy to make with only a few ingredients. Classic flavors with a new twist.

Toasted Marshmallow Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients

12 Marshmallows (regular size)

4 cups Hiland Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream

¾ cup milk

Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to a low broil. Line a sheet pan with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Line up the marshmallows on the sheet pan. Place them under the broiler for just a couple minutes. Watch very carefully so as not to burn them. (Although I like a burnt marshmallow so do whatever is in your heart)

*You can also use a kitchen torch to roast the marshmallows as well

 

  1. In a blender, add the Hiland Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream, 10 toasted marshmallows (leave a couple for garnish), milk, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the milkshake into glasses and top with the extra toasted marshmallows. Enjoy!
