In a medium mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream and ranch mix.

Add the minced garlic and jar pf pickle relish.

Mix all the ingredients together until combined.

Heat vegetable oil on medium high heat. Add panko crumbs and stir continuously until they get and golden brown.

Add the toasted panko to the pickle dip, stir to combine.
