Ingredients

2 tubes biscuit dough
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup blueberries
1 1/2 cup strawberries
1 1/2 cups blackberries
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Ice cream for on top

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut biscuit dough into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Pour the sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt over the dough bites. I used my hands to make sure all bites were covered in the dry mixture.
In a baking dish, put all your fruit into the bottom. Top the fruit with the 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons cornstarch. Mix all together.
Take your cinnamon sugar dough bites and place them on top of the fruit mixture. Cover well, making sure all fruit is covered.
Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the dough is cook through and golden brown.
Let cool slightly then dish up and top with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.
