These Tater Tot Skewers are so simple but incredibly delicious. Easy to make and will be a big hit at any gathering. Pile them up with bacon, chives and cheese! Don’t forget the ranch dipping sauce!

Ingredients

Bag of frozen Tater Tots

Skewers

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped chives

1 tablespoon powder ranch seasoning

Dipping Sauce

1 cup sour cream

remaining powder ranch seasoning from the envelope

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On a baking sheet, spray nonstick cooking spray. Spread the frozen tater tots onto the baking sheet in an even layer. Cook for about 25 minutes.
  2. While cooking, mix the sour cream and ranch powder together until thoroughly combined. Set aside.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the 1 Tablespoon of ranch seasoning over tots. Let sit for about 5-7 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Then place tater tots on the skewer stick, about 6-7 per stick.
  4. Place tater skewers onto the sheet pan and sprinkle with the cheese and bacon. Place back in the oven for 3-4 minutes until cheese is nice and melty.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chives. Enjoy with the ranch dipping sauce!
