Chicken Roll Ups

Easy and quick dinner recipe! Chicken rollups are filled with chicken, spinach and mushrooms. Perfect for busy nights and picky kids.

4 chicken breasts or 1 Rotisserie Chicken (cooked and shredded)

2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)

12 Tablespoons chopped onion (optional)

1/2 cup fresh mushrooms

1 cup fresh spinach


  1. Mix together cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, onion, mushrooms and spinach.
  2. Roll out your crescents triangles, place a heaping spoonful of chicken mixture on wide-end of crescent and roll it up.
  3. Place on large cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until the rolls start to turn golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
