If you’ve ever had Texas Sheet Cake, then you know how rich and full of chocolate goodness and let’s not forget the frosting! It’s the frosting that soaks into the cake and makes for that perfect fudgy bite.

These cookies are just a mini version of those, but so much EASIER!! Here’s the secret….box cake mix. Shhh, no one will know. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a homemade cookie. But if you can get amazing flavor, rich flavor with a shortcut then sign me up!

The real star in these cookies is the frosting. I used the Rodelle Organic Cocoa and it makes a huge difference in creating that authentic rich flavor for these cookies. I have always used Rodelle vanilla and once I tried their cocoa, I can’t use anything else. So good! Their products are the best quality and I can always taste the difference.

These are an easy, quick and delicious cookie! You gotta try these, they are a new favorite in our house!!
