Buttery, cheesy, creamy ingredients all from Hiland Dairy, my absolute FAVORITE brand to use for recipes. It feels like it’s from a restaurant but it’s easy and you made it in about 20 minutes in your kitchen. Rich and creamy cheesy dip then topped with that gooey but crusty cheese broiled in the oven. Add some toasted baguette slices and you have yourself the comfort of all comfort appetizers. Or make it a meal, no one is judging!
Super easy to make in one pan, then broil in the oven for a super cheesy finish. You will be the hit of your friends. Or just yourself, on the couch, again, no judging. Get ready to be asked for the recipe too. Might I also recommend spooning a little up for yourself before you serve it just to make sure you get some for yourself.

2 Tablespoons Hiland Dairy Butter
8 ounces, raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
1 heaping Tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup white wine or chicken broth
2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt and pepper
4 ounces Hiland Dairy cream cheese
1/4 cup Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, divided
2 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan

How much parsley do you use? I cant wait to make this. Looks so delicious!
