This is a recipe my mom has made for a long time and it’s always a major hit. We make this a lot for parties, showers or family get togethers. It’s super easy to throw together and the dressing is a cinch so it’s good for a quick weeknight meal too.
I usually add chicken to it, either baked chicken breasts OR a little rotisserie meat is a great way to save some time. Also, there’s nothin like a Costco Rotisserie Chicken, are we all in agreement on this one?
Add some veggies and some wonton strips for a little crunch and then the sweet and a little bit vinegary (is that a word) dressing is a perfect pairing. You can thank my mama for this one….and many other recipes. Between myself, my mom and my grandma, we’ve got the food covered.
