This is a dish that is super easy! Very little prep time and everything in one pan. Bring on dinner. This brown butter helps the salmon get that crispy outside. So good!

Brown butter is easy and you can use it for so many things, both sweet and savory. All it takes is a couple minutes. It will start to bubble and get foamy. You’ll see it start to turn to a golden color. Keep stirring and once the foam goes away then you have your brown butter. Just minutes.

1 Tablespoons minced garlic

12 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice (half a lemon)

4 salmon fillets

  2. Pour in the honey and stir until dissolved. Then add in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute. Add in lemon juice and stir all together.
  3. Sprinkle salmon filets with a pinch of salt and then place in the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes each side. Spoon pan juices over tops of salmon occasionally as well. Once finished, transfer to a serving dish.
  4. Serve with rice, noodles, veggies or a salad. Reserve the brown butter sauce to drizzle over top the salmon after serving as well.
