Fruit Pizza Crackers are an incredibly easy and yummy snack idea you can throw together quickly. Only a few ingredients for this snack recipe, too!
Fruit Pizza Crackers are the close cousin to the original Fruit Pizza. The original is made of a sugar cookie base, topped with a cream cheese frosting and then a variety of fruit.
So for the Fruit Pizza Cracker, it’s similar but less labor to throw together. The base is a Graham Cracker (Honey Maid is my favorite brand to use) then topped with a smooth mixture of yogurt, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Then topped with pieces of your favorite fruits. A combo of textures and flavors, it’s an easy and yummy snack idea.
