These little rainbow nuggets totally took me by surprise. First, I’m not sure I have ever had Fruity Pebbles before. Is that totally shocking? Am I weird? My Saturday morning sugar cereal of choice was Capn’ Crunch with Berries growing up. I may have been missing out on Fruity Pebbles, but those Crunch berries are amazing. Second, I thought Rice Krispie treats have been pretty good all by themselves. I. Was. Wrong.
Dare I say, these are better than the original. My major proof is that I had to make three batches before I was able to take photos. Each batch disappeared so quickly. I can’t blame everyone else because I had my fair share. We had people over to watch football and every time I looked, one of the tiny people grabbed a new rice krispie treat off the table. Rainbow, yummy treats are just too hard for tiny hands to resist. Also, for larger hands as well
I saw these on the Cookies and Cups Instagram and my sweet treats antenna went on high alert. For good reason, too. These are incredible and just as easy at the original. Give these a try, they are guaranteed to be a major hit. (If they make it out of your house before they are gone.)

These Fruity Pebble Rice Krispie Treats are the hipper and cooler version of the traditional Rice Krispie Treats. Still as easy but full of fun and fruity flavor. Kids and adults love these and they go very quickly.
5 tablespoons butter
10 cups mini marshmallows, divided (8 cups for the melting and 2 cups to add in at the end)
