When I say Taco Bell, what comes to your mind? Honestly, it brings memories of college, after the bars. and I usually got the Nachos Bell Grande with a mountain dew. (I miss my college metabolism) But occasionally I would get wild and crazy and get a Crunchwrap Supreme. With a Mountain Dew still, of course.
Well, I saw a commercial for Taco Bell and went off to cooking. In my version, I did get the crunchy tostadas to put in the middle, but in full disclosure, they were too big for the tortillas so I ended up breaking them up to fit them inside. Worked nicely. I also think you could use tortilla chips in the middle if you aren’t able to find tostadas.
The layers of beef, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes and then the crunch from the tostada are so good! It’s perfect. I’m hooked on this super easy dinner.
