Ingredients You’ll Need

To make this easy no churn brownie ice cream, you only need a handful of ingredients:

  • Heavy whipping cream – for that ultra-creamy base

  • Sweetened condensed milk – adds sweetness and the magic no churn texture

  • Cocoa powder – unsweetened, for a rich chocolatey punch

  • Brownie chunks – homemade or store-bought, either is perfect!

  • Thick fudge sauce– rich and creamy little added gems of chocolate throughout

How to Make No Churn Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream

  • Whip the heavy cream – Beat cold heavy whipping cream using a hand or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.

  • Make the chocolate base – In another bowl, stir together the sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder until smooth.

  • Combine – Gently fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped heavy cream until fully combined.

  • Add brownies – Fold in brownie chunks (as many as your heart desires!).

  • Pour into a freezer safe dish like a 9×5 loaf pan or ice cream container
  • Add the fudge- spoon large scoops of room temperature hot fudge over the ice cream mix and then swirl using a knife to mix throughout
  • Freeze – Cover with plastic wrap or press and seal and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

That’s it! Scoop, serve, and enjoy your homemade no churn chocolate ice cream.
