These Grilled Peaches paired with my favorite Vanilla Ice Cream from Hiland Dairy are a simple, show-stopping dessert that comes together in just minutes. Perfect for backyard barbecues, weeknight treats, or when you want to impress guests without turning on the oven.
Whether you’re hosting a cookout or just enjoying a warm evening on the patio, this easy grilled dessert is a must try. With just a handful of ingredients, you can whip up something that looks (and tastes) gourmet but takes almost no effort.
1. Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
2. Halve and pit the peaches. No need to peel them.
3. Brush with oil or butter. This prevents sticking and helps with caramelization.
4. Place cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4–5 minutes until grill marks form.

1. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pit. No need to peel. Brush Olive Oil or Canola Oil over the open half of each peach.
2. Heat grill to medium high heat and brush with oil. Place the peach halves cut side down onto the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until you see the grill marks form.
3. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sea salt and a drizzle of honey, then scoop Hiland Dairy Vanilla Ice Cream over top the peach while warm. Drizzle with more honey and crumbled cookies. (ot your favorite toppings). Enjoy!
