I’m a newcomer to overnight oats. I’ve heard the craze, but never participated and I’m not sure why I waited so long because they are delicious and easy!

Nothing like just reaching into the fridge in the morning and pulling out your ready made breakfast. It’s the little things in life. 

This fun and yummy recipe is a nod to the classic Strawberry Cheesecake. I used the best cottage cheese from Hiland Dairy and added milk, oats and strawberries, of course. A ton of protein with a little bit of sweetness that will keep you full all morning.

Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

A little bit of sweetness with tons of protein that will keep you full all morning. Easy to make and perfect to grab on a busy morning.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups Hiland Dairy Cottage Cheese

½ cup Original Rolled Oats

⅓ cup Hiland Dairy Milk

1 cup chopped Strawberries

Instructions

 

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix until thoroughly combined.

  2. Spoon into mason jars with lids or containers with airtight lids.

  3. Place in the fridge overnight and in the morning, open and enjoy!
