1 Tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons flour
pinch of salt and pepper

2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
1 teaspoon dried oregano

  2. Add one Tablespoon butter and one Tablespoon of flour to the heavy cream. Whisk until all combined. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

4. Remove the pizza dough from the oven and then spread the white garlic sauce over the dough, spread evenly.

5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the sauce  and then place back in the oven for about 5 minutes until everything is melted.
