I’ve been trying to integrate more “healthy” desserts into my bag o’ tricks lately. Don’t worry, I’m still all about the indulgence in desserts but it’s called balance, right? Or at least that is what I keep telling myself every. single. monday.
These, my friends, are on the healthy side but don’t feel like it. They taste like a mix of a brownie and a muffin. Dave had no clue they were even a “skinny” version. No flour, low sugar and SO easy. You can control how many chocolate chips you want in these as well. (Might I suggest, a lot)
Give these a try and let me know what you think! Follow for the latest recipes @lolosdesserts on Instagram and Facebook. Plus, snap a photo of any Lolo’s creations you bake and post it with the tag #lolosdesserts. I love to see what you are making!

My family loves this recipe and I make it often! I just realized I don’t have any Greek yogurt (vanilla or otherwise). Any substitutions you recommend?
So happy to hear your family likes these! You can use regular yogurt or sour cream would work too!
wow! Great recipe! Quick question, do you have to use vanilla extract?
I haven’t tried without vanilla, but you could definitely leave it out if you would like.
