I LOVE brownies! They are definitely up there on my list of favorite desserts. I love a fudgey, gooey brownie and that is what this one is just elevated a lot. Because it includes Nestle Tollhouse Salted Caramel Truffle Chips. Gooey brownies FULL of chocolate caramel chips. So each bite you take gets you a little bit of chocolate and a little bit of caramel. SO much goodness!

Also EASY! This is my favorite brownie recipe ever and it requires no mixer. It’s my go-to and always makes me happy. Give these a try and let me know what you think! Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick)salted butter

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1 cup Nestle Tollhouse Salted Caramel Truffle Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×9 pan with nonstick spray or line with parchment or foil.
  2. Melt the butter and 1 cup chocolate chips in a saucepan on medium heat until smooth. (you can also melt in the microwave- do 20 second increments and stir after each time)
  3. A mixer or a good old wooden spoon will work for this recipe. Pour butter/chocolate mixture into your bowl and let cool for a few minutes before adding the next ingredients.
  4. Now add the sugar and brown sugar to the bowl and stir until combined. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix after each one. Add the vanilla and mix again.
  5. Fold in the flour, cocoa and salt. Pour in the Salted Caramel Truffle chips and stir together until just combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into your pan, then bake for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before icing.
  7. Cut up some squares, grab a glass of milk and watch a Real Housewives marathon. No judgement here, I get enough of that from my dog.
