How good is banana bread? Warm with butter spread over the top that gets slightly melty, little crunch on the edges and super moist in the middle. O. M. G. I can’t.
I haven’t made this banana bread in a lonnnnng time so when one of my friends (shout out to Brooke) asked if I had a good recipe I obviously had to whip a loaf up. I usually have bananas in my freezer so I was good to go. Sidenote- did you know how cheap bananas are from Costco? A big bunch of organic bananas costs like $1.50. We don’t go through bananas that fast, so I throw them in the freezer. Look how prepared I am. So proud.
This is an extremely easy recipe that doesn’t take much time. Bonus: your house will smell amazing.
