Hey there coffee and chocolate lovers! Ya know, basically everyone in the world. However, I will confess that I’m not a coffee lover. I know, I might as well move out of the country. I like coffee, but just not regular coffee. I like to foo foo coffees that basically taste like dessert. Currently drinking a White Chocolate Mocha. Has the caffeine and tastes like heaven. Just can’t do straight coffee.

Now, put chocolate and coffee together and I am ALL in. Coffee brings out the flavor of chocolate and makes it tastes even richer and deeper than it does by itself. Also, for some reason, the chocolate chunks make this cookie even more special. No reason and not really, but I love them.

Leah tried to steal one of these off the counter and I had to do a quick ninja move and slap it out of her hand. Girlfriend does not need caffeine in her diet. In doing so I scared the crap out of her and she cried. It didn’t scare her away from cookies though, don’t worry.

Coffee and chocolate lovers, give these a try! Let me know if you love them as much as I do. Follow me over on Facebook and Instagram @lolosdesserts. Be sure to snap a pic if you make a Lolo’s recipe and tag it with #lolosdesserts. I love to see what you are making!
