Not only are these ridiculously easy to make, they are also insanely delicious. It’s basically the holy grail of desserts. I made the semi homemade version of these which I am always a big fan of doing. I would also highly suggest using my brownie recipe. It’s so easy and, not to brag, but some of the best brownies I’ve ever had. However, if you go the semi homemade route then I urge you to try the Ghiradhelli box mix. It’s the best one I’ve found.

Then all you do is mix, bake, add the toppings and bake again. Voila! Super impressive and yummy S’mores Brownies. A perfect snack for a night in the backyard or campsite….or really just a Tuesday, who are we kidding.

S’mores Brownie Bites

Perfect little brownies topped with all the great stuff of a s’more. Graham crackers, milk chocolate and marshmallow all melted on top of a brownie. Such a great way to make a regular brownie even better.

Ingredients

1 Box Brownie Mix (I suggest Ghiradhelli) or if you want to make your own super delicious brownies, I suggest this easy and amazing brownie recipe

Ghiradhelli Milk Chocolate Squares

Graham Crackers

Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a mini muffin tin with non stick baking spray. Set aside.
  2. Prepare your brownie mix according to the directions.
  3. Scoop the brownie mix into the mini muffin tin, fill about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake brownies for 8 minutes. Take pan out of the oven. Now add two mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers and one half of a Ghiradhelli chocolate squares on top of the semi baked brownie, press down lightly.
  5. Bake the brownies again for another 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallow start to get golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before devouring! Enjoy!
